Appointments / Office
It is our policy that after 3 no-shows we have the right to release you from our care. If you are unable to make an appointment, please call us within 24 hours of your appointment and we will be happy to cancel or reschedule your appointment for you. There is a $25 fee for missed appointments, if not cancelled 24 hours in advance.
We try our best to schedule you with your assigned provider. However, when calling in for a same-day appointment, we cannot always guarantee which provider you will see.
All children and adolescents under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult. If you wish to have someone else bring in your child, please let us know so we can help update your consent form for you.
Our providers will only see your child in the hospital if they are a newborn. Dr. Farrow, Dr. Loveless and Dr. Bratcher see newborns at Mercy Health Center. Upon release from the hospital you may call our office to schedule a follow-up visit.
We offer same-day sick appointments. As for well-child check-ups, they are usually available within a few weeks.
We kindly ask that you call for an appointment. Walk-ins disrupt the flow of the office and can expect to have a long wait. If you happen to walk in and there is an appointment slot available, we will do our best to accommodate, but we can’t guarantee you will be seen without an extended wait.
No, we only accept patients who have the intent of establishing care with one of the providers in our office.

Please call the office to ask what insurances we take, as plans do change. However, we accept most all major insurance companies including SoonerCare, BCBS, Aetna, United Healthcare, Cigna, Coventry, HealthChoice, UMR, just to name a few. There are way too many to list, so please call the office to check what plans we accept.

We accept cash and checks, as well as Visa, MasterCard, and American Express.
As a patient, it is in your best interest to know your medical plan coverage and responsibility for any deductibles, coinsurance, or copay amounts. We strive to provide services that are covered by those health plans we accept. However, as all medical plans are different, you may be responsible for additional copays or deductible, and coinsurance may be applied.
The majority of visits do require a copay. However, please check with your insurance company to be certain.
Your copay will be required at the time of your visit.

Forms, Medical Records, Referrals, and Prescriptions
You can call our office to request medical records. The records can only be released to a patient, parent, or a legal guardian after receiving a signed medical record request form. This form can be found in the patient forms section of our website. Please give us 5-10 business days if you are requesting a complete copy of all of your medical records.
Please call our office to request a shot record. This can also be done at the time of your visit.
Please call our office and ask to be transferred to the nurse who handles referrals. Leave a detailed voice message along with a return phone number so she can reach you if she has any questions. Please allow up to 2 weeks for your referral appointment to be scheduled. Our office processes referrals immediately, but we have no control over how fast the provider you are being referred to will respond to our request.
Please have your pharmacy fax a refill request to (405) 265-3905. You may also call the office and leave a voice message with the nursing staff. However, it may take up to 24 hours to refill your medication if you leave a voice message.
